New Cypress Cay Landscaping

Cypress Cay has undergone a face lift with new landscaping. Take a look at the results in the following slide show. Thanks go the Landscaping Committee and their hard work: Sue Doiron, Phil Schwartz, Mike Madstadt and Mike Mayne. Great Job guys!!

Gateway Revitalization Plan

This plan was presented on the Gateway web site and repeated here for your convience. The "Gateway Revitalization Plan" was prepared to develop a long-range capital improvement plan for the Gateway Services Community Development District. As you review the plan please keep in mind the plan is a "DRAFT" and is "ONLY" in the beginning stages of a long-term plan. Estimated costs are "ONLY" to provide expamples of what various upgrades, enhancements and/or replacements might be. Click on the Gateway Draft Revitalization Plan to view.
