N.B.D. developed the community infrastructure which included roads, storm drains, lakes, water, sewage, irrigation, electricity, cable TV, phone, central irrigation controller, common areas, pool, pavilion, and street lighting.

Beazer Homes purchased vacant house lots form N.B.D. to build and sell homes. This included 147 homes of ten different models ranging in size from 1463 to 3222 square feet of living space . The last home was sold in early 2006.
